Shape, Color & Surface
Felix Bresler jewelry is entirely handcrafted in precious materials and are therefore unique meaning each piece of jewelry may vary in both shape and expression. Some pieces are copies of an original, but every piece is always finished by hand.
The matte surface of the jewelry are purposely made to look like it has been lying under ground for centuries, this gives the jewelry soul and a timeless expression.
Over time the metal surface will eventually develop a patina which naturally occurs due to wear and tear. This means that parts of the surface will get more shine and other parts stay matte.
The color of the jewelry and gemstones might vary and depends on the screen settings and resolution on your device. We have made every effort to portray the jewelry and gemstones as truthful as possible.
Order
Felix Bresler jewelry is made only by order (except from our one of a kind pieces), this means the production of your jewelry will begin hereafter when you have placed your order – this affects production and delivery time, therefor please read the Delivery section. All production takes place in Copenhagen at Felix Bresler studio (physical shop and workshop).

If you have any wishes to make design- or material changes (bespoke / customizations), please contact us by email to place your order and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
When placing your order it is required that you inform us your full authentic name, your billing and shipping address, and valid credit card information. We have the right to reject any order if the requirements are not met, in case of pricing or information error or if there is any detection of fraud.
Delivery / Shipping
With each order we will be in contact with you about the process of making your jewelry and the estimated delivery time. This applies for all our jewelry and any custom made and bespoke pieces.
Please be aware that each piece is handcrafted and will take time to produce.
Felix Bresler provides worldwide shipping. Every order is send fully insured and Priority shipment, with tracking number. Depending on your location we use different shipping companies.
Denmark: PostNord and DHL
Internationally: DHL
Please be advised that orders outside of EU may be subject to custom fees upon arrival in your country. These expenses are not covered by Felix Bresler.
Free shipping for any orders above 10.000 kr. within EU.
Pick-Up
We offer the opportunity for you to pick-up your order at our store in Copenhagen.
You can either schedule an appointment or come by in our opening hours. This is of course free of charge.

Return & refund Policy
The right of return applies within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that all made-to-order or custom-made/bespoke jewelry is nonrefundable and is considered a final sale, and the right of withdrawal from the purchase does not apply to this. Made-to-order and bespoke jewelry includes production of the jewelry is being made after placed order which is based on the customers wishes which applies to specific size, design and gemstones.
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if you have received an incorrect or damaged item. The jewelry must be in same condition as when you received it, unworn and unused, as well as in the original packaging and shipping box. Rejected items will be returned to the customer without reimbursement of the purchase price.
A returned item must come from the same country as which it was originally shipped.
All returns are presented to quality control for inspection. In case of a return showing any trace of use, creating a loss of value to the item, or returned without the original- or damaged packaging, will result in the return being rejected. Rejected items will be returned to the customer without reimbursement of the purchase price.
Any potential losses due to currency fluctuations will not be reimbursed in a credit card refund.
When we receive the jewelry we will refund your purchase, if it meet our return policy. Please allow 3-7 bank days before the refund is visible in your bank account.
If the jewelry doesn’t meet our standards for return it will not be accepted.

2 Year Guaranty Warrant
For jewelry bought at our store in Store Kongensgade or our webshop there is a 2-year warranty valid from the day of purchase. We therefore recommend that you save your receipt as proof of purchase.
Should you experience problems with your jewelry within this period we will repair it free of charge. This applies only for production or material errors. Therefor the warranty does not cover normal wear, any misuse of the jewelry or other damaging behavior.
Please contact us on either email or phone and we will send a return label for shipping. You are also welcome to stop by our shop.
